It is grounded in the understanding that Rites of Passage are a necessary and often missing element in human development, offering structure, meaning and direction during times of change.
You are introduced to the Rites of Passage Framework and the theory behind transformation, including the core stages of separation, transition and integration. You engage with this framework both conceptually and experientially, deepening your understanding of how intentional processes can support individuals and groups through significant life transitions.
